FAQ

What is removed?
Common image metadata is removed by re-encoding. EXIF, GPS, and camera data do not survive canvas re-encode. This is not a lossless byte strip and does not make a photo anonymous.
Does sharing stay private after cleaning?
Only the copy you download is cleaned. The next site you upload to may add its own tags. See Remove EXIF before sharing.

Processing runs locally in your browser — no upload. Outputs are generated on-device. For the privacy boundary see the local processing guide.
